The proFPGA product family is a complete, scalable, and modular multi FPGA Prototyping solution, which fulfills highest needs in the area of FPGA based Prototyping. Part of this modular and flexible system concept is the proFPGA Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU11EG FPGA module, which can be easily mounted on the proFPGA uno, duo or quad motherboard and mixed together with various other proFPGA FPGA modules. The ZU11EG FPGA module addresses customers who require a complete and powerful embedded processing platform for high performance SoC Prototyping, IP verification and early software development.

Equipped with a Xilinx Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU11EG FPGA which combines a user FPGA with two ARM Multi Core Processors (Embedded Quad-core ARM® Cortex™-A53 and Dual-core ARM® Cortex™-R5) and on board interfaces like USB UART and SDIO, the board offers a complete embedded processing platform. Further interfaces like USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, Display Port, SATA or CAN can be easily added via the Zynq UltraScale+ Interface Board. In addition the board offers already DDR4 memory via SODIMM slot and single QSPI flash memory.

The FPGA module offers a total of 3 extension sites on the top and bottom side with a total of 378 free standard I/Os and 16 high speed serial transceivers for extending the board with standard proFPGA or user specific extension boards or to easily interconnect it to further proFPGA FPGA modules to extend the capacity.

Intel Prototyping Board - The proFPGA SG 280 FPGA module is the logic core for the scalable and modular multi-FPGA proFPGA solution, which fulfills highest needs in the area of FPGA based Prototyping. It addresses customers who need a scalable and most flexible high performance ASIC Prototyping solution for early software development and real-time system verification. The innovative system concept and technologies offer highest flexibility and reusability for several projects, which guarantees the best return on invest.

The proFPGA SG 280 FPGA module only works in combination with a proFPGA uno, duo or quad motherboard and offers with its latest Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA technology a maximum capacity of up to 20 M ASIC gates alone in one FPGA. It is designed to achieve highest performance in combination with its high speed connectors.

The module offers with its 8 extension sites up to 1026 user I/Os for daughter boards (e.g. memory or interface boards), interconnect cables or customer specific application boards.

In addition to the regular I/Os the module provides 24 high speed serial transceivers (1 x 12 and 2 x 6 Transceiver Tiles) running up to 17.4 Gbps for high speed interfaces like PCIe Gen4. All 8 extension sites offer individually and stepless adjustable voltage regions from 1.2V up to 1.8V.

The module offers with its 6 extension sites up to 540 user I/Os for daughter boards (e.g. memory boards, interface boards), interconnecting cables or customer specific application boards.
